“The earth has music for those who listen.” – Shakespeare
I’m leaving for Costa Rica in a few hours, and I feel like a little kid before Christmas. I am beyond excited to immerse myself in NATURE. Trees! Water! Earth! Sun! Nature was one of my greatest loves as a child. But I grew up and got busy. Nature fell to the bottom of my list.
We all get busy, and it’s hard to make time for nature as we grow up. But nature is essential. Nature heals us, balances us, restores us, energizes us. It allows us the peace and quiet we need to connect back with source and soul.
When I take the time to be with nature, to feel the breeze, to listen to the birds, to watch the trees sway, it’s hard not to fall in love with life. Everything flows in nature. Nothing is hurried and yet everything is accomplished. It’s such a great example to all of us.
I can’t wait to soak in nature this week with deep love and gratitude. I can’t wait to tell you what I find. Nature always has so much to share with me when I take the time to listen.
Nature reminds me that I am whole and complete just as I am. That I can trust in and allow the unfolding of life, and when I do, I blossom in the most beautiful way.
